The CNC busbar bending machine is mainly for bending copper and aluminium busbars with high speed and high bending precision.The machine is composed of mainframe,gauge block,servo power system and control panel board.The machine is sero drive automatic bending equipment.Through the moving of the X-axis and Y-axis,the machine can complete vertical bending,horizontal bending and other functions eith the right bending dies.
The machine uses AC sero drive,smoothly operated,no pollution,low noise,high bending precision.It consumes only teens watts in standby mode.The bending machine is widely used in high and low voltage switchgear,electrical transformer,substation cabinet and busway industries.

Main Features of cnc busbar bending machine:
1.The machine adopts closed type bending structure,it not only has good performance of closed bending and has convenience of open bending.
2.X-axis and Y-axis adopts precise linear guids to guarantee the consistency of the width of the processing angle.
3.The machine has angle error compensation function,the bending precision can reach 0.2mm.
4.When processing vertical bending,the die has automatic function of clamping and releasing so as too guarantee the plateness of machining plane and reduce the injury of curved arc.
